Exactly one week from today, I'll be back in America!! So crazy and so bittersweet. It's been tough being away from home and from my family and friends, especially when things happen and you feel so far away. It's been hard not being home after my Grandmommie passed away a few weeks ago and for my mom's upcoming surgery in a few days. But my family knows I am there with them in spirit and prayers! So I am excited to go home and see my family/friends and eat some American food I've been craving (CHIPOTLE).
However, I'm also really sad to be leaving this adventure of a lifetime. I'm going to be so lonely in my house with just me and my parents and not 46 of my friends! I'm going to miss traveling every weekend and so much of Europe. I'm also a little worried to go back to the states to be honest.. America is struggling right now with threats, gun laws, Texas explosions, Boston bombings... scary!! Our world is just crazy right now, there are some nasty people out there.
But enough about the sadness, I'm ready to live up this last week I have here in Europe!!
